Registration and Booking

As in previous years, booking and registration for the meeting is being organised by Anne Ingram. Early booking is advised to avoid disapointment. Similar to the meeting for 2025, a package has been negotiated which includes:

• 7 nights accomodation at the Hotel Araucaria - Standard room (17sq. metres) for double occupancy

• Full academic package

• Buffet breakfast

• Morning tea and coffee during the academic sessions

• Afternoon tea for all guests

• 5 nights dine-in the hotel

Note: A limited number of single rooms are available for a supplement. Superior rooms (25 sq. metres) may also be available on request (price tbc).

Delegates are required to organise and book their own travel. Options for transfer from Geneva will be available (price tbc).
