Venue 2026

The meeting for 2026 will be helf at the Araucaria Hotel in La Plagne, France. The hotel has dedicated conference facilities, making this an ideal venue for an academic meeting. The Hotel itself offers modern and comfortable rooms, with lovely communal areas for networking and relaxing.

Conference facilities:

Dedicated modern conference facility within the hotel with state-of-the art AV facilities. Registered delegates will have access to this for the academic programme which will run from Sunday 18th January to Friday 23rd January. 

Hotel facilities:

4 star hotel situated in Plagne Central for easy access to rest of the town and surrouding area. Modern rooms with double beds, or 2 joinable singles, which can be separated for those wishing to share. Interconnecting rooms are available if needed. The hotel has excellent leisure facilites in the spa.

Travel:

La Plagne is well connected with options to fly to Geneva (2.5 hour transfer) or Chambery (1.5 hour transfer). Alternatively Bourg-St-Maurice (30 minute transfer) is nearby and allows delegates to travel by train if they wish.
